Purpose

The purpose of the AES debate club is to educate the youth in a democratic spirit, involving them in the civil society, developing their communication, information analysis and argumentation skills, while promoting performance and professional orientation. The used methods are debating (as a rhetoric and critical thinking exercise), simulating decision-making processes that are specific to democratic mechanisms, volunteering in local (environmental protection) and international(Romanian International University Fair) events.
